At Sajh by K, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer a simple exchange and return policy. Our customer care team is always ready to guide you at every step.
Eligibility
Any co-ord set purchased online from sajhbyk.com can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.
Articles purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
The article must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
All tags and original packaging must be intact.
The original invoice must be presented.
If you receive an incorrect size, wrong item, or a defective product, you must notify us with proof (photo or video) at the time of initiating an exchange.
Exchange Process (Online)

Share your order details and reason for exchange.
If eligible, our team will guide you through the process.
Exchange processing typically takes 5–7 working days once the item is received and verified.
Return Policy
We only accept returns if:
The wrong product was delivered
The product arrived damaged or defective
Return Process
Request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at contact@sajhbyk.com or +92 320 6358647.
We will arrange the pick-up of the item(s).
Once inspected and approved, a credit voucher equal to the product value will be issued. This voucher can be redeemed online only at sajhbyk.com.
Note: Cash refunds are not offered. Only exchanges or credit vouchers are provided.
